Skillher meets refresh/hangout edition- September 2024

The September edition of Skillher meets took the form a hangout session with Flow Wellness, providing a platform for participants to unwind, connect, learn, and build relationships, not just on a personal level but also for professional advancement.  Selected members of the Skillher community, had the pleasure of attending the 2024 Flow Wellness Picnic which took place at The Nest Pre-School in Jericho, Ibadan. Hosted by Ronke Giwa-Onafuwa and Chioma Fakorede.                                                 The day was filled with uplifting activities focused on wellness and connection. From a relaxing meditation session to an energetic Zumba workout, the event catered to both physical and mental well-being.  Engaging in exciting individual and group games, from endurance tasks to dance competitions, the participants benefited from inspiring talks by Olamide Alao Akala and other women.
