Goal setting Framework: Steps to help you set and achieve goals across various aspects of life

Sample aims across different areas:

  • Mental: Enhance thinking skills, learn new topics, or improve critical thinking.
  • Social: Build better relationships, enhance communication skills, or expand social networks.
  • Spiritual: Deepen spiritual beliefs, practice mindfulness, or meditate regularly.

  • Physical: Improve physical fitness, maintain a healthy diet, or establish a regular exercise routine.

Leveraging SMART Goals:

Ensure goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
