As organisations increasingly rely on digital platforms to connect with communities, deliver programmes, and advocate for change, digital security is no longer optional: it is essential . Recently, SkillHer had the privilege of participating in a three-day Digital Security and Protection Training  organised by WACSI under the Civil Society Resource Hub (CSR-Hub) . The training brought together civil society organisations to strengthen their ability to identify digital threats, protect sensitive information, and build safer systems for staff, partners, and the communities they serve. SkillHer Receives dRPC Grant Backed by the Ford Foundation to Power Free Skills Acquisition Project for Women

We’re excited to share that in a new partnership development, SkillHer has received a grant as part of an NGO Support Initiative funded by the Ford Foundation and implemented by the d evelopment Research and Projects Centre (dRPC) . This support marks a significant boost to our ongoing work equipping women with practical skills, and we’re channeling it directly into our Signature  SkillHer Skills Acquisition Workshop (SkillHer SAW) Project  to empower women and young girls with relevant, income-generating skills at no cost. A Movement to Strengthen Women-Led NGOs The initiative, driven by dRPC, is designed to uplift community-based and women-led organizations doing impactful but often under-resourced work.
