Building a Safer Digital Future: What SkillHer Learned from the WACSI Digital Security & Protection Training
As organisations increasingly rely on digital platforms to connect with communities, deliver programmes, and advocate for change, digital security is no longer optional: it is essential . Recently, SkillHer had the privilege of participating in a three-day Digital Security and Protection Training organised by WACSI under the Civil Society Resource Hub (CSR-Hub) . The training brought together civil society organisations to strengthen their ability to identify digital threats, protect sensitive information, and build safer systems for staff, partners, and the communities they serve. For us at SkillHer, the experience reinforced an important lesson: digital security is about people as much as it is about technology .
