From December 2025 to March 2026 , SkillHer continued its mission of empowering young women through its Job Shadowing and Traineeship Program:  a practical and purpose-driven initiative designed to connect participants with real-world experiences in community engagement, project management, and digital communication. The program was created to bridge the gap between school,   ambition and action , providing young women with the opportunity to observe, participate in, and contribute to meaningful work within a growing social impact organization. Through mentorship, hands-on assignments, and collaborative projects, participants gained practical insights into what it takes to design programs, manage initiatives, and engage communities effectively.
